Lease Requirements:

The sample lease is provided for reference only and may be subject to change and differ between properties. We strive to acquire a full one year lease, but under some circumstances a shorter lease term may be allowed at a highter rent rate. All leases must be read, understood and signed by both parties before becoming a legal and binding contract. Please read through the lease and contact us with any questions.

Our Policies on Pets:

Properties allowing pets will require an additional pet deposit and monthly pet fee. A required Pet Agreement must be filled out completely and signed prior to any pets residing in the property. Records for vaccinations are required. Should any part of the pet agreement be violated, we may ask that the pet be removed within 3 days and be cause for eviction.

The Golden Rules:

• We ask that all tenants respect our properties as if they were your own.
• Yards are to be kept neat, free of garbage, leaves and no inside furniture is to be used outdoors.
• Refrain from broadcasting music that would be a nuisance to the neighbors.
• House parties are strictly prohibited at our properties and will be cause for eviction.
• Smoking is not allowed indoors and all cigarettes must be disposed of properly.

We ask that our tenants follow these rules along with all the lease provisions to ensure a safe, enjoyable and respected tenancy in our properties.
