Application Process:

Pitts Property Management LLC requires that all interested renters neatly and completely fill out an application form for each individual over the age of 18. Incomplete applications may not be considered for acceptance. All applications are accepted at the sole descretion of the owners. This form can be obtained through the download provided with each property, or email jeff@homesbypitts.com and we will send you one. Please return the form via email or drop the mailbox at 1725 Olwien Street.

Deposit to Hold a Property:

All interested parties may hold a property with a deposit while applications are being processed. Should owners accept your application and only be waiting to sign a lease, all deposits become Non-Refundable. Interested applicants do have 24 hours to withdraw their deposit without forfeit if no response has been given in regards to the application prior to the 24 hour deadline.
